Hi, I’m Christy Hutchison, a licensed Realtor and mold illness survivor dedicated to helping others find safe, healthy homes where true healing can begin.

For over 15 years, I struggled with chronic illness—mystery symptoms that no one could explain. It wasn’t until I was completely debilitated that I finally found a doctor who understood mold illness and CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome). My diagnosis changed everything—and saved my life.

I had to make the heartbreaking decision to leave my home and start fresh. That journey led me to build a new, low-toxin home from almost the ground up, using carefully selected materials and rigorous waterproofing measures to create a truly healthy environment.

Today, I use that hard-won experience to guide others who are on similar paths.
