No stone is left unturned. The home inspection consist of a thorough inspection of the home, roof, foundation, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sewer, pest.
Mold Inspection + Mold Dog
Consists of visual mold inspection, proper lab testing - wall cavity samples, swabs, and ERMI’s. As well as a mold dog inspection, an amazing process that goes beyond what is seen visually.
